bump up the tdch jar from 1.4.2 to 1.5.2
inject MAX_MESSAGE_BODY=16384000,CHATTER=OFF to jdbc url to improve throughput over network with higher latency
inject avro.mapred.sync.interval=4194304 for avrofile generation with Avro 1.7.7 or above
