Typos and rewording of README file #193

I use and enjoy your Log2Ram repo. I wanted to give a small contribution by updating the readme file. This is my first PR ever so sorry if I have done something wrong!

Edit: as I am not 100% that is something actually helpful and that it is ok for you, I did not change the file that much, and limited myself mostly to correcting English grammar and punctuation. Maybe in the future I could expand this and re-structure the documentation file.
