Determine Performance Evaluation Criteria #1

What would be our performance evaluation criteria? Thing that I have in mind

Classification/Misclassification Rate (out of 100, how much were classified properly in percentage)
Performance (the amount of milliseconds it takes to classify a certain dataset with regard to other frameworks/implementations)

It would be helpful if we study some machine learning related journal papers and see what are the most used performance evaluation criteria.
