Create donation functionality #20

-As a user, I would like to be able to navigate to a donation page to find out how and why I can/should donate. I would also like to see a donation area on the landing page to make it easier for me to give my money to the rescue.

Paypal or stripe integration.

Right now I'm thinking that I would like to do a low-key but up front donation box on the landing page, and then have it also be accessible from multiple areas of the site. Maybe this is where I can use a modal! lol
