Hi, we come across this great repository, and tried to implement it to our work on genomic selection. However you do not have a license file in this repository, so that we do not know whether we can use it as open source or not. It would be great if you could add one.

Hello, Sorry for the delayed response, I was traveling. The tensor flow implementation of NNs for genomic selection is a work in progress in my lab and not currently ready to be used for real genomic selection problems. We are hoping to publish this work in the next 6 months at which time it will be publicly available (and free of bugs that are likely present at the moment). I will be sure to include a license file!
