Food and drink is the most expensive line item at the wedding, you're typically paying by person

Choose a cuisine is less expensive than choosing a restaurant

If you send out an RFP for catering, make sure to specify the date, the number of people, the time, whether it's a buffet or served, and whether or not you want them to include the cost of equipment rentals.

Include passed appetizers if you want the vendor to serve hors d'oeuvres
