Standarize logs #25

Have all the different kind of logs be written in the same way

[ ] normal logs
[ ] error logs
[ ] fatal error logs

Things left before starting to check off things are the uninstall_pen.rs file and writing the catastrophic_failure function. No need to check update_pen.rs since it will be completely remade with #26
