No SidebarHeader/Footer #197

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

No SidebarHeader/Footer in v-1.0.0

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install react-pro-sidebar 1.0.0 or higher
  2. Attempt to import or use either SidebarFooter or SidebarHeader

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen. These component should be there (I can't find a note of their removal in the release notes), or ideally there can be an exampleof how to get the same thing without them.
