LMD now is way to complex to understand. This is a way make lmd_common.js smaller and much OO

create Module entity with all modules operations
create Bundle entity (ModulesCollection)
create Build entity that contains Bundle with options
- Build#mixWith(Build)
- Build#extends(Build)
- Build#mergeWith(Build)
Builder should work with Build or Bundle
