Absolute "root" paths #180

They don't work.

While here: https://githb.com/azproduction/lmd/wiki/LMD-config you say "if starts with "/" it is absolute path else path will be relative to the config file", here: https://github.com/azproduction/lmd/blob/master/lib/lmd_writer.js#L55 root is just joined with path to '.lmd' dir. With corresponding result.

If I'm wrong - please, tell me, WHERE? Or just nobody used absolute paths before?

Yep, nobody. Fixing.

Fixed in lmd@1.12.0
