Night Vision does not function properly #1

Describe the bug

IrvinSoSerious, Mallycakes

I seem to be having some issues getting night eye working, as it is right now it doesn't seem to do anything other than make my vision a little blurry, not sure how to fix this

With ENB off its red with it on it does what I described

Did you add any additional mods? no

NightEyeENBFix.esp must be disabled in case if ENB is disabled >> added to README

Fix for when ENB is enabled would be included in next version after v1.5.3
