Training amount is wrong upon new character creation #24

Describe the bug

Seems after starting a new character, my training levels haven't reset. Its reading as 72/35. I'd assume thats my last character's number.

To Reproduce

  1. Start Skyrim/Serenity
  2. Load existing character or level new character for few levels & use Training
  3. Create another character without restarting game client
  4. Use Training menu

Modlist version 1.6.x 1.7.x

This is an issue within SSE Gameplay Tweaks.

Provided feature of accumulation of available trainings per level malfunction if player creates new character without full game client restart.
