Remediation package link is unavailable. #452

This document has the link to remediation package as the url, "https://github.com/azsk/AzTS-docs/blob/main/TemplateFiles/RemediationScripts.zip?raw=1", however it is unavailable.

There was an issue at our end, please try again, it should be resolved by now and the remediation package link should be working.
