surround parse_parameters with quote to support parameters with space… #325

Parameters with spaces are currently not supported, like state list, state rm etc.

Will fix the following Issues:

thanks for your PR @florentvaldelievre. There might be additional work to fix #249 and #322 but thats definitely a good fix.
