generate help for custom commands and groups

Thanks for the initial PR @polatengin! As we discussed this, the PR is currently a draft PR until we get a few more items in.

A few items that need to be added to this PR:

• [x] Please add a test to ensure that groups and custom commands have the correct description for using.
• [x] Please add the ability to specify a description for group names.
• [x] Please list out individual group commands in a list per the proposal md in the docs folder.
• [x] If commands.yaml is loaded, please list the currently used command in the usage.

@polatengin . One more small issue, please update the User Guide Document to reflect the changes in the commands.yaml schema.
