Saner way to the call the reference app #74

This updates the sample config to work with the aztfmod/symphony CAF reference app. Plus instructions on how to run it

We no longer have a copy of the CAF reference app in this repo, just the config to call it.
The ref-app-symphony.yaml file is expecting to be run from symphony/caf NOT the rovergo repo
