Issue: #137

Adding naming convention for the following:

azurerm_postgresql_flexible_server
azurerm_postgresql_flexible_server_database
azurerm_postgresql_flexible_server_firewall_rule
ec_deployment (dropped from final merge)

LGTM. I will remove ec_deployment as not part of azurerm for now.

That's fine but do we want to include other managed applications within the CAF mono repo? e.g. ec_deployment or confluent kafka or other Azure market place applications? if yes, we may or may not want to include naming for those Azure market place applications.
