When creating a Azure Firewall Policy resource, the resource is picking up the azurerm_firewall_network_rule_collection prefix (fwnetrc). I see that there is no direct entry for azurerm_firewall_policies (fwpol?) but I have seen fwpol referenced a few places and that does sound like the correct prefix value.
