Description

add support for new resources:
- azurerm_cdn_frontdoor_endpoint
- azurerm_cdn_frontdoor_origin
- azurerm_cdn_frontdoor_origin_group
- azurerm_cdn_frontdoor_profile
- azurerm_cdn_frontdoor_rule_set
- azurerm_healthcare_dicom_service
- azurerm_healthcare_workspace
- azurerm_monitor_private_link_scope
- azurerm_static_site
correct azurerm_postgresql_flexible_server regex to remove uppercase letters
move under resourceDefinition.json and correct rules for azurerm_private_endpoint
