fix char limit for ase because of cert ILB issue #51

There’s a certificate which gets created during ILB ASE creation and which has Name length constraint in X.509 certificate. https://stackoverflow.com/questions/39035571/distinguished-name-length-constraint-in-x-509-certificate#:~:text=In%20the%20common%20name%20field,is%20up%20to%2064%20characters
