Add support for Security Center #75

I'm working on to add Security Center automation feature and I see that we have no naming for Security Center (Microsoft.Security) products.

But I do not see a naming restrictions/requirement on this page https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-resource-manager/management/resource-name-rules.
