[FEAT]: Alert on login #247

Feature Description

Would be nice to configure alert on new login of a certain user. Support smtp,ntfy or other system to relay alert.

Ps: Great app

The only thing I would consider is alerting a certain user that HIS/HER account has been accessed (which is a good idea), but not a system-wide notification for each users, to respect their privacy
