[FEAT]: Turn configuration page into tabs #268

Feature Description

For easier navigation, using tabs on destkop at least would be better than a long list of settings

There are too many elements in the menu for tabs + tabs are not responsive (if too many, they go out of the screen) so I dont think that's a better option for UI tbh I'll close it to keep the list clean but feel free to argue
