Translation support (i18next) + Translation DE #303

This PR is now against upstream/unstable and includes...

...translation support based on i18next library: https://react.i18next.com/ ...translations for de and de_CH ...user language detection based on browser ... +it now also checks the markets for translated strings and displays those if they exist (as this only required to change 1 file, i think it's okay to include it in that PR). You won't be able to test it with the stock market, please use this one: https://aseracorp.github.io/resiSTORE/

Since I changed the upstream branch, i suppose there are still some strings left which are not translated.
