What happened?

minor UI problem with notification display

What should have happened?

maybe at least add title attribute somewhere here https://github.com/azukaar/Cosmos-Server/blob/d43eabc646213447a934fd043b609f7fb8b37556/client/src/layout/MainLayout/Header/HeaderContent/Notification.jsx#L246 to show full text on mouse hover as a quick fix or maybe to have dedicated page with full collapsible texts where you can follow by clicking the notification.

A fully blown notification center to explore notification is in the work, to fix this issue and also allow seeing older notification that are not listed anymore
