[Docker] Update azk's compability to work with Docker 1.8.1

This PR modifies azk to handle Docker Remote API from version 1.21. Older API versions will not be supported anymore.

This allows azk to work with the latest version of Docker 1.8.1, but unfortunately makes it incompatible with previous versions.

Therefore:

Closes #494 and makes it unnecessary;
Also make deprecated the use of the properties and docker_extra.start and docker_extra.create in Azkfile.js;
As an helper for those who used the docker_extra property, a session for this property was added to Azkfile.js's reference section in the documentation;
