[package] Improving installation script for Ubuntu and Fedora

This PR improves the install.sh script:

• Checking Docker installation before adding Azuki apt repo in Ubuntu;
• Using 'dnf' package manager for Fedora 23;
• Replacing 'docker' with 'Docker';
• Adding 'stage' repo as an option;
