[GH Templates] Improve GH issue template to be more specific on the relation of VirtualBox and Mac OS X #663

What is this PR objective?

This PR intends to be more specific on the relation of VirtualBox and Mac OS X as we can observe on issue https://github.com/azukiapp/azk/issues/661.

Also adds a small Azkfile snippet to enforce user to paste it as a snippet, not a file.

My original issue wasnt actually anything to do with MAC OS X - if it relates then terrific - if not then it needs its own path!

Yep, don't worry, @voycey. The point here is that your doubt about azk's internals on the issue, whether it uses VirtualBox or not, gave me an insight to improve GH's issue template. azk does use VirtualBox when the OS is Mac OS X and we can make it more clear on the template.

Sorry if it bothered you but I needed a reference for my proposal and it will not affect your issue's status. We are already digging into your issue and will reach you there asap. :)
