Found way to serialize bookmark tags

Thanks for the PR! A couple of requests:

• Could we move tags to be the last parameter of the function? The way it is now can break existing programs that rely on parameter order.
• If tags is a list of tags, could we pass in a list of strings and join them internally with the required delimiter?
