Hyperlink not working in the Documentation, logging, testing, configuration, dev-ops section.

Every hyperlink in the Documentation, logging, testing, configuration, dev-ops section does not seem to be working and leads to a loopback address. This could cause problems due to the unavailability of the related guides.
