Group command description can be slightly confusing #2

In the User Guide, it is stated that the Group command works with a group number. However, the creation of the group numbers is very misleading.

Steps to reproduce: By running group 1 100000000, I set the first contact to a huge group number, but only that group number 100000000 should be created. However, by running group 2 afterwards, it seems to randomly assign the second contact a group number from 1-100000000, even though the group numbers in between have not been created.
