Support wildcards in Files attribute #167

Currently in https://github.com/azure-ad-b2c/deploy-trustframework-policy/blob/126e63df5f83fcfad6fbeaefc9a99fec38bb53bf/action.yml#L11 files: description: 'Comma delimiter list of policy files'.

It will be good, if I can specify "B2C1A*.xml" instead of list each file individually
