Login issue with high DPI display configuration #97

I've got scaling configured on my Windows 10 VM, and when I try to "sign in" to the Azure Automation ISE add-on, the authentication window looks a bit fugly.

Thanks Trevor. This is a hosted web page for login which is probably why it is not honoring the setting correctly. I'll have a look to see if anything can be done.
