Improve Dev Onboarding for Development #155

After our hackathon, we found there are some areas that can be improved in the developer onboarding process.

What is required for a developer to get started working on ADE?
Can we keep requirements for developers as low as possible? Is the container enough?
Domain/Wildcard requirements, make that optional somehow?
Add a Contribution Guide

Another consideration, have an OpenSSL guide to avoid issues like #136, having end users create their own self-signed certs.

Note: this may not be viable for scenarios like SSL Pass Thru with App Gateway - to - App Services, as the cert wouldn't be verifiable with a CA. Need to research that.
