If a tenant has a conditional access policy, running in the docker container is not possible. As such, ADE has to run from the local machine to meet the needs of that policy. The README needs to be updated to show how to run ADE in the non-container environment, as well as mention the conditional access policy restrictions that could limit ADE from running.
