Missing .gitignore for /web #21

Clone or Fork the repository Change to the \web directory Issue dotnet clean Issue dotnet build Note that the \web\obj folder is now added to the changes for Git

Any log messages given by the failure

none

Expected/desired behavior

/obj and /bin directories should not be included in the repository

OS and Version?

Windows 7, 8 or 10. Linux (which distribution). macOS (Yosemite? El Capitan? Sierra?)
