az-remote-backend.sh contains afmpe defaults and requires +x privileges #8

Minimal steps to reproduce

I used the az-remote-backend.sh script to create my terraform backend storage account and container. The default variables are still set for afmpe (not a big deal, but not ideal). I had to chmod +x to the sh script to run it. It should be checked into the repository with +x permissions to avoid Consumers needing to do it.

Windows 7, 8 or 10. Linux (which distribution). macOS (Yosemite? El Capitan? Sierra?)
