work completed: Fully private AKS w/ outbound_type = UDR | bring your own vNet Azure RBAC w/ Azure Entra Groups Key Vault Az Container Registry

still need to be completed: Private Endpoint for KV default node pool settings link private DNS zone to hub vnet clean up code | remove unnecessary files scrub sub IDs from code complete documentation | readme
