Adding a confirmation page when clocking-out #13

This should summarize the project codes and hours the employee has entered and ask for confirmation before the clock-out gets processed. The options on this page should be 'go back' to edit information and 'submit'.

This logic was not discussed with us before. So if you want us to do this then we need to completely revamp our code logic that will be around 60% code change. We need extra time to do this then.
