  1. Can the 'add requests' be made a button?
  2. Can we display the last 10 requests grouped by 'Your requests' and 'Requests assigned to you'? 'Your requests' should have the following columns: Assigned to, Type, Date. 'Requests assigned to you' should have the following columns: Assigned by, type, date, Approve, Reject
  3. If a description has been added, can it be displayed under the request in smaller font?
