Question: Duo support? #10

Just wanted to ask if there is any plans to make azu support (or even completely covert it to) duo (the http2 server).

Along with the benefits of using http2 over 1, it would make using libraries such as grpc possible.

@KasKatto my intention is to enable HTTP2 with DUO, I have not had the time to do so. Also I am little hesitant as well given the possibility that HTTP2 might be baked into Crystal in later releases
