UK Spring Bank Holiday is moved to 2nd June in 2022 for the Platinum Jubilee. An additional bank holiday is added the day after. #270

@dch-dev Thank you very much for the PR! It has a few errors, so would be great if you could have a look at them. I am planning to make a new release the coming week and can include this PR if you have fixed the issues.
