R_0 values used in the figure need to be updated if we are referencing the PNAS version of Tim's analysis #6

We need to update the R_0 values used in the report of Tim's analysis to be consistent with the new PNAS publication.

Based on the published version of the article, these values appear to have been updated. See both Figure 1 of the paper and Figure S4 of the Supplementary Information.

@azwaans, did you get these values from Tim directly? I'm not sure how I would have pulled these from the pre-print otherwise.

Also, I need to update the annotation in the figure.

The update-pnas-r0 branch looks good to me, are you happy with it? If so, let's merge and I'll copy the figures into the manuscript repo :)
