Make GUI translatable #18

It would be great if the GUI was translatable. I will provide the Dutch translation once this is possible. 🙂

I'll try to look into it when I catch the motivation to dive deeper into GTK, but I don't know when. At the moment, this is relatively low on my priorities.

I assume there's very little demand for it. All Pine64 chats and forums are in English, so I assume there are no potential users with language barrier, but rather a preference. Which is still a valid reason to implement it, just not as essential. But now that there's an issue for it, it'll be easier to understand the demand more objectively (from potential upvotes). So thanks!

And thanks for the translation offer, it would be very welcome once there is a localization support.
