Readme file in repository has wrong Emacs key bindings for the mod

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Read the README, and compare to the in-mode help.  The in-mode help is correct.

Things like C-c C-d s are not to start a "shell session", but C-c C-d e  is 
correct.  The README is off 
and the mode docs are correct.

Suggest to delete those things from the README and to leave instructions to 
refer to the C-h m 
help in Emacs instead.   This should save the developers a bit of time on 
maintenance.
