Compilation problem with sqlite-3.6.6.1 #3

Compiling mu-0.4 on NetBSD-5.99.3/amd64 with sqlite-3.6.6.1 fails because
of a duplicate mismatching declaration of sqlite3_int64.
I used the attached patch to fix it.

the upcoming version of mu does not use sqlite anymore, so this problem goes 
away.

Ok, this has been fixed in mu v0.6-beta that I just released
