Configure script should support selecting gmime version to link. #65

On Gentoo we may want to control at compile time to which of the installed 
gmime version mu links.  If this is possible, then proper dependency resolution 
can be left to the package manager.  It would be great if this was a configure 
option.

As you can see from the Gentoo bug, the issue is not of high urgency since in 
Gentoo we can always guarentee that we link against gmime-2.6.

We no longer support the old gmime, so this issue has become moot.
