mu4e-update-mail-and-index key binding less than ideal #70

The git repo has the new command `mu4e-update-mail-and-index' bound to the key 
sequence `C-S-u'.  The "Shift" modifier doesn't appear when running under a 
text-mode terminal; if you try invoking the command, all you will send to Emacs 
is `C-u'.

The `C-c' prefix is partially reserved for major modes, so the alternative `C-c 
C-u' would work on terminals and in window systems.
