PATCH: pmccabe detection is broken #77

Despite not having pmccabe installed, configure thinks it is.  The problem is 
with the AC_PROG_PATH macro invocation.  It uses the calling conventions for 
AC_CHECK_PROG.

Now you just need something to disable the make targets that use try to run 
$(PMCCABE) when its value is 'no' ;-)
