make sure the latest version of icon is being used #16

Need somebody with a machine other than mine to

look in 

\sources\main\install\pl

with windows explorer (the file browser)
and make sure that the icon for ClickToInstall looks
ok (that is, the install arrow is gray, and professional looking, not
a red hand drawn one) on all the different 'view' settings (extra large icons, 
large icons.... detail)

and also check that double clicking that icon launches coginstall.pl
(if you get a prolog top level, and it's loaded coginstall.pl, that's cool - i 
haven't added :-autostart.
